DSF Weclomes Frank Shostack and Pat Bedford!

We are happy to announce that after more than 46 years of practice, Frank Shostack has decided to move his practice to work with the corporate, tax and estate planning teams at Devry Smith Frank LLP. Through his commitment to quality, and his dedication to clients, Frank has established many long-standing client relationships and solidified his reputation as a practical legal and business adviser. He practises in the areas of: business and corporate law, tax law and estate planning and trusts, advising clients on matters pertaining to corporate finance, corporate tax planning, acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, corporate governance, licensing and other contract negotiations. His move to DSF will ensure that his clients will continue to receive his dedication and attention, but with the support of a 55+ lawyer full service law firm whose members include a team of senior and junior corporate, tax and business lawyers.
Pat Bedford, Frank’s law clerk, who has worked with him since 1976, joins Frank in the move to DSF and we would like to provide them both with a warm welcome!

Konrad has joined Devry Smith Frank LLP as a Tax/Corporate law clerk. He obtained Bachelor of Arts, Political Science and Philosophy (double major and graduated with Honours) with University of Toronto and his Paralegal Diploma from Sheridan College. DSF Welcomes Maria Vasserman!

We would like to extend our warmest welcome to Maria V. as she joins our small but growing admin team at DSF. Maria will assume responsibilities of Junior Marketing Coordinator.
Maria brings a college degree in Business Administration- marketing and experience in design, web, photography, research and e-marketing skills. DSF Welcomes Karen Beveridge!

Karen has several years of experience as a corporate clerk, some of her responsibilities include: maintenance of corporate records, incorporation and organization of new business under Ontario and federal legislation, conducting minute book reviews and due diligence, assisting in the registration of trade-marks, preparing documents relating to amalgamations, dissolutions, amendments, annual resolutions and much more.
