Since being called to the Ontario Bar in 2004, commercial collections and mortgage recovery lawyer Carrie Kennedy has represented a number of major financial institutions in secured and unsecured debt collection, including mortgage recovery.

Carrie’s approach to these matters includes finding the most effective, efficient, and results-based approach. She strives to maximize recovery on collection matters while encouraging debtors to honour their legal obligations.
She has effectively resolved cases that involve fraud, title issues, and priority disputes.
