Sean is an experienced Commercial Lending lawyer who joined the business law group of Devry Smith Frank LLP (“DSF”) in the summer of 2014. He brings with him his expertise in the financial services area with focus on lending and corporate transactions. Sean received his B.A. from Concordia University and LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Sean’s clients range from publicly-traded mining companies to foreign banks and pharmaceutical companies. Clients benefit from his extensive knowledge in mezzanine financing, commercial lending, real estate financing, convertible debt and equity financing. He understands that commercial lenders and borrowers require legal advice during all the negotiations and Sean can offer a strategic advice to all lenders and borrowers during these crucial times.
