Toronto Commercial Litigation lawyer, Carrie Kennedy is a graduate of Simon Fraser University (B.A. in Criminology) and Queen’s University (LL.B.). She was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2003 after articling with a national law firm. In 2004, she moved to Ontario and was called to the Ontario Bar.

Carrie has been involved in various commercial litigation matters since being called to the Ontario Bar in 2004 including matters regarding: employment law, contracts, commercial collections, mortgage enforcement, commercial leasing and tenancy, fraud, real estate, title errors, franchise disputes, injunctions, estate issues, construction liens, and bankruptcy and insolvency.

Carrie represents major financial institutions, lenders, title insurers, employers, employees, commercial landlords, commercial tenants, property managers, insurers and others.

Carrie has appeared in various levels of court and tribunals including the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Divisional Court, the Superior Court of Justice, Commercial Court, Bankruptcy Court, the Human Rights Tribunal, and Small Claims Court.
