Adam Grossi is an experienced Toronto commercial litigation lawyer. Adam joined the commercial litigation group at Devry Smith Frank LLP (“DSF”) in early of 2016. Adam practices in many different aspects of commercial litigation with a focus on the construction industry, typically representing developers, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors. He is a creative problem solver and excellent strategist. Adam believes in taking a straightforward, pragmatic approach to achieving his clients goals. Adam has appeared before various Ontario courts, tribunals and administrative bodies, including but not limited to the ex-parte Construction Lien Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Divisional Court), the Ontario Municipal Board, the Ontario Human Rights Board, the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board, and the Workers Safety and Insurance Board.
