We can help clients navigate the maze of statutory and regulatory requirements relating to resource extraction. DSF’s lawyers are members of the Ontario Stone, Sand and Gravel Association and have extensive experience and success with license applications under the Aggregate Resources Act.

DSF’s lawyers have extensive experience and success with license applications under the Aggregate Resources Act and environmental assessments, as well as hearings before the Environmental Assessment Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Consolidated Hearing Board and the Ontario Municipal Board. We can also advise on applications for Judicial Review.
