Dan Rothberg represents both small and large private and public companies in corporate finance and securities law matters, M&A, and general corporate and commercial law matters. Dan also represents foreign businesses that wish to do business in Canada. Dan also represents start-up, growth stage and mature privately held companies as well as angel investors, venture capital providers, and private equity firms with financing transactions, restructurings, and M&A transactions. In addition, Dan acts both borrowers and lenders in all types of secured loan transactions, including establishing bank credit facilities, project-specific loan transactions, mezzanine financings, and asset-based loan transactions.
