Experienced lawyer Eric joined Devry Smith Frank LLP in 2019 in our Toronto Business and Corporate group.
Eric was called to the Ontario Bar in 1977. He has incorporated into his practice a broad range of experiences, including Corporate and Commercial Law, Estate Planning and Administration, Family Law and Real Estate. This leads to his serving clients and providing advice in all aspects of their lives.
He has worked extensively in mergers and acquisitions, from inception to conclusion, and his experience includes transactions involving the purchase or sale of both small and large business and professional practices.
Eric continues to provide advice to business owners, including start-ups and he assists in all phases of the business, from determining the appropriate business vehicle to use, the preparation of supporting agreements to assisting clients as their business expands, including lease review, real estate acquisitions, contractual matters and settling disputes among owners or with suppliers.
His negotiation skills and many years of completing complex transactions are value-added services that only a broad experience can provide.
