Marly joined Devry Smith Frank LLP in 2018 as an associate. Prior to joining DSF as a lawyer, she articled with the firm in 2017-2018.

Marly assists clients with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations and various other projects and transactions. Her law practice also includes estate planning.

Marly obtained her Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in 2013, graduating with Distinction. She received her law degree from the University of Toronto in 2017 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2018. Marly received a standing of Distinction in 2015/2016. While in law school, Marly was involved in Pro Bono Students Canada.

When she is not practicing law, Marly loves to travel as much as possible. One of her most enjoyable trips was a three-week backpacking trip in Peru, which included a 5 day hike up to Machu Picchu.

Outside of work, Marly enjoys playing softball, biking, cooking, and reading. Marly is one of the chairs of the Save a Child’s Heart Young Professional Board.
