Carrie is a graduate of Simon Fraser University (B.A. in Criminology) and Queen’s University (LL.B.). She was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2003 after articling with a national law firm. In 2004, she moved to Ontario and was called to the Ontario Bar.
Carrie joined Devry Smith Frank LLP in 2008 and currently practices in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, debt recovery, real estate litigation, and employment law. She represents businesses, banks, and individuals in a variety of matters and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, Bankruptcy and Commercial Courts, the Residential Tenancies Board and the Committee of Adjustment. She is also a Nortary Public.
In her spare time, Carrie enjoys photography, travelling and playing sports.
