Marty Rabinovitch, B.A.H., LL.B.

Marty is a member of our employment law group at Devry Smith Frank LLP. A significant portion of his practice focuses on employment law matters, human rights matters, and disability cases. Marty regularly attends at the Superior Court, Human Rights Tribunal and before Employment Standards Officers.
Marty joined DSF as a summer student and later articled with a firm. He has been practicing commercial litigation at DSF since 2010.
He is a graduate of Queen’s University (B.A.H. in Political Studies) and the University of Windsor (LL.B.). Marty received multiple academic awards from Queen’s University and Upper Canada College.

He is an avid tennis player, enjoys watching and umpiring baseball, and has traveled extensively in Europe.
