Eric Herrmann

I.T. Trainer/Support Administrator

Eric has worked at various roles in the computer industry since the early 90′s as a Technical Support and Help Desk Specialist. In 1992, he accepted a position for a large Canadian computer manufacturer and worked his way into a technical support supervisory position where he was responsible for providing daily operational management and technical support to the staff and outside technicians. In this role, he also provided first-level tech. support of hardware and software issues in Windows and XP environment, assisted in the new equipment and software rollouts and resolved many user issues.

In 2004, he accepted a position of IT Trainer and Support Analyst with a large downtown law firm where he managed, designed and delivered effective training programs for all of the necessary applications used within the firm.

In 2011, he joined Devry Smith Frank LLP. At Devry Smith Frank LLP, he provides a broad administrative and operational support and is responsible for managing, designing and delivering effective training programs for all the necessary applications used within the firm. Eric also assists with managing all of the firm’s systems and knowledge databases.

Eric recently obtained his Network Specialist Program Diploma from Trios College where he graduated with Honours in 2010. He also has numerous certificates as a trainer and network specialist.

In his free time, Eric enjoys scuba diving and the game of squash.
