Farzana joined our family law group in 2018. She previously worked with a boutique Toronto law firm in their family department. Farzana started her legal career with a national full-service law firm in Alberta. Her legal experience includes public service, class-actions, self-regulation, privacy and healthcare.

Farzana is known for her positive energy and strength when dealing with client matters and her desire to provide them with the highest quality of service. She knows that separation and divorce are stressful events for families. She supports her clients with practical advice and compassion to help them resolve their family law issues and move on to the next stage of their lives. Farzana uses her skills and experience to position each case for success and provide her clients with a favorable resolution.

She represents clients throughout the GTA, tackling complex financial matters, inter jurisdictional and mobility issues on behalf of clients around the world. She has experience litigating Maher Agreements and has knowledge of Shariah Law.

Farzana obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa. She was called to the bar in Ontario and Alberta in 2008. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Canada (CIPP/C).

Farzana is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.

Family Law Lawyer Farzana was born and raised in the Don Mills community in Toronto and has always been close to her community.

When she is not practicing law or advocating for her clients, Farzana enjoys cycling, hiking and painting or simply spending some quality time with her family and friends.

Farzana welcomes Gujarati and Kutchi speaking clients.
