Flora graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce and subsequently completed the joint J.D./LL.B. program at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, receiving both an American and Canadian law degree. She was called to the bar in 2008 after articling with a litigation boutique firm in downtown Toronto where she worked as an associate soon after her articling.

Flora’s interest in advocacy directed her practice towards the area of litigation, focusing in particular on disputes between commercial parties. Flora joined Devry Smith Frank LLP in 2010 and currently practices in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, insolvency, construction liens, debt recovery, real estate litigation and employment law. She has extensive experience representing individuals and businesses and has appeared on matters before the Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal.

Flora is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, The Advocates’ Society, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
