Francina joins Devry Smith Frank LLP as our in-house Licensed Paralegal after spending three years of running her own paralegal practice. She brings several years of litigation experience in small claims, landlord and tenant, Provincial offences Act and Criminal offences matters.

Francina worked with Ministry of Attorney General as a Court Clerk and Court Reporter and gained valuable exposure to court appearances and liaison between clients, lawyers and judges. She is a graduate of Laurentian University in Sudbury with Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice and Women Studies. She also possesses a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from York University. Francina is licensed with the Law Society of Upper Canada and is a commissioner for taking affidavits and oaths.
