Toronto lawyer and fraud litigator Mark Korn was called to the Bar in 1980 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa Law School. Mark practices in the areas of civil litigation and insolvency and acts primarily for institutional and corporate clients. His clients include a number of Canada’s major financial institutions and multi-national corporations.

Mark has instructed Business Law at Sheridan College, and has spoken at a number of seminars and other programs on various topics including creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and insolvency, and commercial leases. He has appeared before a variety of courts and tribunals in Ontario.

Mark’s well developed negotiating skills assist him in securing the most cost-effective results for his clients.
