At Devry Smith Frank LLP‘s Human Resource and Employment Seminar, Toronto lawyer Marty Rabinovitch discussed the latest on termination clauses with reference to Amberber v. IBM Canada.

Marty Rabinovitch heads the employment law group at DSF.
