At Devry Smith Frank LLP‘s Human Resource and Employment Seminar, Toronto Student-at-Law Michelle Cook discussed the topic of the Legalization of Marijuana in Canada and the Latest Developments and Impact on the Workplace.

Michelle Cook is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, the University of Toronto and La Cité. At Osgoode, Michelle finished in the top 8% of her class and obtained a specialization in labour and employment law. Michelle is one of the first students in all of Canada to have a marijuana law designation on her transcript. Her work has been published in numerous national law journals, including the Alberta Law Review.
