Igor Poroger,
B.E.S. (Hons.), J.D.,

Articling Student

Igor received his B.E.S. with Honours from the University of Waterloo and most recently his J.D. from Queen’s University in Kingston. During his bachelor degree studies, Igor worked with several reputable companies where he gained valuable skills in business analytics, operations and client-base management.

While completing his J.D., Igor represented Queen’s at the White & Case Philip C. Jessup International Moot competition, hosted a legal advice radio show through Pro Bono Students Canada, and received a certificate in International Business Law through Queen’s Global Law program in the UK.

He is currently one of Devry Smith Frank LLP’s 2011-2012 articling students. Igor returns to DSF after spending two years as our summer student, having worked in many different practice areas of law.

Igor speaks English and Russian and outside of the law he enjoys playing hockey, improving his culinary skills, and travel.
