Chantal has over sixteen years’ experience in the insurance industry. She obtained her Law Clerk Certificate from Centennial College in 2000. Prior to that, Chantal worked for over ten years in the insurance industry, involved with accident benefits, bodily injury and property claims.

Chantal’s experience as a law clerk is exclusively in the field of insurance defence. She has been involved in all aspects of insurance claims. Chantal has extensive experience dealing with claims arising in the context of automobile liability policies, as well as occupier’s liability. She has been involved with a wide variety of insurance issues, including, tort, bodily injury, statutory accident benefits, priority disputes, loss transfers and underinsured, uninsured and unidentified motorists claims.

Chantal works exclusively in the area of insurance defence.
