Insurance defence lawyer Christopher Statham is a graduate of the University of Toronto (B.A. & M.A in Philosophy) and the University of New Brunswick (LL.B). He completed his articles with Devry Smith Frank LLP was called to the bar in 2011.

Christopher’s focus in insurance matters is in dealing with claims arising from damage to property. He has represented & acted for insurers in claims under homeowners’ policies and automobile liability policies and has handled matters relating to coverage, bodily injury, fire, product liability and professional liability. Toronto Insurance Defence Lawyer Christopher Statham has also acted as counsel in subrogated matters.

As a Toronto Insurance Defence Litigator, Christopher’s focus is on resolving claims quickly and efficiently while maintaining effective client communication.

Christopher Statham frequently appears before Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has also appeared before the Small Claims Court, the Ontario Ministry of Labour and the Tax Court of Canada.
