Mark was called to the Bar in 2005 after completing his Bachelor of Laws degree at University of Windsor in 2004. Mark joined Devry, Smith & Frank in October 2007 and is practicing in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Insolvency and Debt Recovery.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark practiced law with a well-respected law firm where he gained valuable experience in commercial leasing and general commercial litigation matters with incidental insolvency matters. Mark has appeared before the Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Mark is a member of Law Society of Upper Canada and Canadian Bar Association.
