Toronto lawyer Mark Mancini joined the Don Mills law firm of Devry, Smith Frank LLP in 2007. Mark’s legal practice has focused heavily in the areas of construction lien and bond litigation, trust claims, municipal and planning law, bankruptcy and insolvency, secured and unsecured debt recovery, and mortgage remedies.
Mark acts for Chartered Banks, Trustees, Receivers, multinational corporations, developers, and contractors, and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Commercial List Court, Bankruptcy Court, Construction Lien Court, Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the Ontario Municipal Board. Mark is a member of Law Society of Upper Canada.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Windsor, receiving both a Master of Business Administration (2000), and Bachelor of Laws (2004). Prior to his post-graduate studies, Mark graduated from Ryerson University, receiving a Bachelor of Commerce degree (1998). Mark was called to the Bar in 2005.
Prior to joining Devry Smith Frank LLP, Mark gained experience in commercial and construction litigation with a well-respected Bay Street law firm, and subsequently with a smaller law firm in York Region.

In his spare time, Mark is an avid hockey player and BMW enthusiast. Mark volunteers his time with the BMW Club of Canada – Trillium Chapter, previously serving on the club’s Board of Directors. Mark also prides himself in his ability to operate a Bobcat, a skill learned while working in the construction industry during his undergraduate studies.
