Mark Mancini is a graduate of the University of Windsor, receiving both a Master of Business Administration (2000), and Bachelor of Laws (2004). Mark had graduated from Ryerson University in 1998, receiving a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Mark was called to the Bar in 2005.

Mark’s practice focuses on the areas of municipal, development and planning law, construction litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, secured and unsecured debt recovery, and mortgage remedies.

Mark Mancini has appeared before the Ontario Municipal Board, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Commercial List Court, Bankruptcy Court, Construction Lien Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He has been involved in appeals from the Committee of Adjustments and has extensive experience in construction related litigation.

Mark acts for developers, contractors, chartered banks, trustees, receivers and multinational corporations.

In his spare time, Mark is an avid hockey player and BMW enthusiast. Toronto Planning and Development Lawyer Mark Mancini volunteers his time with the BMW Club of Canada – Trillium Chapter, previously serving on the club’s Board of Directors. Mark also prides himself in his ability to operate a Bobcat, a skill learned while working in the construction industry during his undergraduate studies.
