Lynne is a mediator with Devry Smith Frank LLP (“DSF”). She is a graduate of Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia and of Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario where she obtained her LL.B in 1980. Lynne has practised primarily in the areas of personal injury and insurance defence litigation since her call to the Bar in 1982. She has extensive experience at all levels of Ontario Courts and at administrative tribunals including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board. Lynne has sat as a roster arbitrator at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

Lynne’s litigation experience encompasses a broad range of personal injury, products liability, occupiers’ liability, auto, general liability and property and casualty insurance as well as insurance coverage issues and commercial litigation. She has been extensively involved in mediation and arbitration of accident benefits disputes at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Her experience at the Financial Services Commission includes virtually every aspect of accident benefits.
