Florendo P. Llameg is experienced Toronto lawyer providing legal advice and legal services to not-for-profit and charitable organizations. Although his practice continues to focus on corporate and commercial work, including acquisitions, financing, shareholders and partnership agreements, refinancing and reorganizations and tax-planned transactions, his experience encompasses not-for-profit and charitable work within private and public sector. Among others, Florendo has attended to the incorporation and charity registration of various not-for-profit organizations and registered charities such as, but not limited to, religious organizations, foundations and organizations promoting disaster relief, education and health care. He has also solid experience in preparing agency agreements necessary for the administration and implementation of charitable activities carried on outside Canada.

Florendo received his B.A in 1983 and his LL.B. in 1988, both from the University of the Philippines, and was called to the Bar in the Philippines in 1989. Florendo practiced in the Philippines from 1989 to 2001, both in private practice and as in-house corporate counsel.
