David has been an associate at Devry, Smith & Frank LLP since being called to the Bar in 2002. David’s practice focuses mainly on representing those injured in accidents, including motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls. He has extensive experience in disability claims and accident benefits. In addition to helping the injured and disabled, David represents clients in a wide range of criminal, quasi-criminal and regulatory matters.

David has conducted both jury and non-jury trials. Also, David has appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario in arbitration proceedings to ensure that his clients get what they are entitled to.

David enjoys fighting for the little guy and the underdog. His team of law clerks and paralegals ensure that all clients get the best in personal attention that all clients feel like their claim is the most important one to the firm.
