Toronto personal injury lawyer David Schell practices criminal and quasi-criminal law, defending individuals and corporations charged with all manner of offences. He has successfully represented those charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80, as well as those charged with offences under The Highway Traffic Act.

David was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004 after completing and receiving his Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Windsor in 2002. After completing the Bar Admission Course, David was awarded a share of The Vera L. Parsons Prize, and The Joseph Sedgwick, Q.C. Prize for Criminal Law for the student attaining the highest grade in Criminal Law.

In addition to being a member of the Law Society of Ontario, David was called to the New York State Bar in 2004. He is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association.
