Lianne is one of the firm’s personal injury lawyers in Toronto. She is a graduate of McMaster University (B.A. in Political Science) and Osgoode Hall Law School (J.D.). Lianne was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014. At Osgoode, Lianne was actively involved in the Osgoode community, serving as co-president of the Jewish Law Students Association and volunteering as a duty counsel with the Community and Legal Aid Services Program.
Lianne joined the Personal Injury Group at Devry Smith Frank LLP (DSF) after having summered and articled at DSF. It was during her time as a summer student at DSF that Lianne’s interest in litigation, especially in the area of insurance law, was piqued. Those interests were further reinforced during her time as an articling student, during which she gained invaluable experience working primarily for both the Insurance Defence and Personal Injury practice groups at DSF.
During her spare time, Lianne enjoys travelling, and has journeyed across Canada, Israel, and the United States, as well as to multiple countries in Europe and Southeast Asia. During law school, Lianne also attended the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, for a semester exchange, as well as the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel, for a summer exchange.
