Carlos is a Licensed Paralegal at Devry, Smith and Frank LLP working for the Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Group. He received his Paralegal Diploma from Yorkville College in 2002 and was licensed by The Law Society of Upper Canada in 2008.

Carlos handles telephone mediations, participates at pre-hearings at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and settlement conferences on daily basis. He has six years of legal experience in Mexico and is fluent in Spanish.
