Personal Injury Litigation

Wendy is senior paralegal and accident benefits clerk in our plaintiff personal injury group.

She is responsible for the active management of litigation matters for our clients including: drafting, negotiating, attending at FSCO mediations and pre-hearings, preparing for trials, interviewing witnesses, and liaising with adjusters, medical professionals, lawyers, court representatives, mediators, arbitrators and many others.

Wendy joined the firm in 2009, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the field gained at a well respected smaller firm.

Wendy graduated in 1984 from Humber College with her Law Clerk Diploma and she has completed courses at the Institute of Law Clerks.

She is a Licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Upper Canada. She is also a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, Law Clerk Division.
