Christopher Sivry

B.A. (Hons), LL.B., LL.M.


Christopher joined Devry Smith Frank LLP in 2017 after completing his articles at a boutique real estate law firm in Toronto. His practice focuses on Real Estate and Planning and Development.

Christopher obtained a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School with a specific research concentration in real estate law. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.

Christopher’s knowledge and capability in both real estate and development law enables him to effectively represent clients through all stages of their dealings with land. The purchase, sale, and mortgaging of real property requires constant and careful attention to detail. Christopher enjoys working closely with his clients to ensure that they are informed, confident, and successfully represented. He also regularly liaises with municipalities and land use planners to better advise developers with respect to planning and development matters.

Christopher speaks Armenian and Greek and is a member of the Armenian Bar Association and the Hellenic Canadian Lawyers’ Association. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, cycling, and playing golf.
