TORONTO REAL ESTATE LAWYER

Mark has practiced in the areas of Wills and Estate Planning law for 40 years.

His practice includes the drafting of tax planned wills, trusts of all kinds, inclusive of family trusts, and general estate and tax planning.

A significant number of his clients are self-employed or own and operate family-run businesses and he has acted as their counsel, in many cases for several decades, and helped manage their assets in the most tax-efficient ways.

Mark received his Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1977. Mark has taught at the College level for several years and he has been a contributing author to Law Society of Ontario publications and a participating lecturer at Law Society of Ontario continuing education seminars.
