Experienced lawyer Stephanie Turnham joined Devry Smith Frank LLP (“DSF”) in 2019 as an associate in our Whitby Commercial Litigation group.
Stephanie graduated from Queen’s University in 2003 where she obtained a B.A.(Hons.) with distinction in Psychology and Philosophy. She later went on to receive her LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School. Stephanie was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007.
Prior to joining DSF, Stephanie represented both corporate and individual clients in a variety of commercial and civil litigation matters, and acted as defence counsel for lawyers in professional negligence claims. Stephanie has attended numerous mediations, arbitrations, pre-trial conferences, examinations for discovery, cross-examinations and contested motions before the Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal.
Stephanie is driven to achieve cost-effective resolutions for her clients. Her sound judgment and analytical skills assist her in using creative means to achieve these ends. Stephanie has extensive experience appearing before all levels of court in Ontario, and advocating on behalf of her clients’ interests at all stages of a proceeding, whether in or outside of the courtroom.
