Judges are looking for proof of which spouse is the primary caregiver from reliable sources, like the child’s daycare, doctors, dentists, or other independent third parties who are trustworthy, instead of using Family members, who may or may not be objective.

Additionally, Judges want to see financial evidence as well, especially when it comes to self employed spouses, specifically their tax returns, Credit Card Bills, and other financial documents as proof.
