Pamela L. Blaikie, B.A., LL.B.
Pamela was called to the Ontario Bar in February of 2000 after obtaining her law degree and Bachelor of Arts degree from Dalhousie University. Pamela has practiced primarily in the area of personal injury litigation since that time.
Pamela articled for a large firm in downtown Toronto where she received exposure to various practice areas including civil litigation. Following her call to the Bar, Pamela has been involved in various personal injury litigation matters including disability claims, professional negligence, occupiers’ liability and medical malpractice claims.
Pamela has extensive experience in the Superior Court of Justice and has appeared before the Divisional Court. She also has extensive experience at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, where she has conducted a number of arbitrations. Pamela has appeared before the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.
Pamela currently practices in the areas of personal injury litigation, insurance defence litigation and general civil litigation.
Pamela is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Advocates’ Society and the Canadian Defence Lawyers’ Association.
