Norm graduated from McMaster University majoring in Economics and from Osgoode Hall Law School. He was appointed a Queen’s Counsel in 1971. Norm was a senior partner with Rogers, Smith, Dick and Thomson for many years, and joined Devry, Smith & Frank LLP in 2002 at the time of the merger of the two firms.
He brings with him a wealth of experience in the field of Estates, Wills and Trusts. In more recent years Norm has specialized in Estate Planning and financial management for seniors with particular emphasis on the emerging field of Elder Law.
